I ordered a custom tablecloth that I needed for an event in less than a week.

Some friends referred me to a local printer, but their high prices led me to look online for other alternatives. I decided to use Custom Banner Lab after finding them via Google, but I was concerned about using an untested, out-of-town vendor for such an important and time-sensitive order.

Custom Banner Lab totally exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, Matthew was extremely responsive by phone. When I placed the order online, they immediately assigned me to a customer service rep who then walked me through the whole process via email (including recreating our logo in a high-quality image format).

I received the tablecloth with plenty of time to spare and was relieved that the material, printing, and image resolution were all high-quality. Better yet, the total cost (including overnight shipping) was about $150 cheaper than the price quoted by the local vendor.

When I displayed our tablecloth at an event, colleagues went out of their way to tell me they were impressed by the quality. They were also consistently shocked when I told them the price, and a number of them asked for referrals.
